The Muskingum County Auditor's Office will be holding informal reviews regarding the 2024 property values in September and October of 2024. For information regarding the Informal Reviews, please click here.

If you own a residential or agricultural propery, you may schedule an Informal Review between 10 am and 6 pm on the date of your choosing by clicking here.

If you own a Commercial or Industrial property and would like to have an Informal Review, please call (614) 398-6751 to schedule an appointment. Notarized Letters of Authorization will be required for Commercial and Industrial Reviews.

The Muskingum County Commissioners have passed a resolution to raise the real property transfer tax by $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of the value of real property transferred. This increases the conveyance fee charged by Muskingum County to $4.00 per thousand dollars from $3.00 per thousand dollars.
